Bring more local print orders through your shop.

Paperboy gives an independent copy shop one ordering flow for new local demand and repeat customers, with stronger reward economics when the customer comes through your shop or stays loyal.

How the partner model works

Truthful onboarding for independent print shops

Paperboy is built for local print and copy shops, not just enterprise accounts. You decide which jobs to accept, which fulfillment methods you actually offer, and how your team turns first-time customers into repeat demand.

  • Take local orders without changing how you print.
  • Give repeat customers a simple way to come back to your shop.
  • Referred or loyal customers can qualify for stronger reward treatment on fulfilled orders.
  • Pickup, provider delivery, locker handoff, platform courier, or post only apply when your shop supports them.
Current fee model

How pricing and payouts work.

Paperboy sets customer pricing centrally so customers get one clear price instead of ten different quotes for the same print job. Pricing is based on local market research, material costs, job complexity, and live supply and demand. When a job reaches your shop, you see the payout before you accept it.

  • Standard customer-fee path for normal fulfilled partner orders.
  • Tracked-customer reward path for tracked or loyalty-qualified customers.
  • Shop invites unlock separate 0-fee milestone windows after the invited shop qualifies.
What happens after setup

Open Growth and print your poster pack next.

After setup, download your poster, QR code, and shop link from the Growth hub. Put the poster in your window, keep the QR at the till, and share the link in WhatsApp, email, receipts, and follow-up messages. Customers who start through your shop can keep coming back through your shop in Paperboy.

Next step on web: After onboarding, open the Growth hub to download your poster, counter QR, and shop link. Print them, laminate what matters, put them in the window and at the till, and tell customers to scan now or save the link for next time.
